Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment can be made via direct debit or cash.
  2. The hirer is responsible for the payment to be made in full, before the bus departs.
  3. For private charters and tours a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your preferred day.
  4. All members of the group are responsible for their own valuables. All care must be taken on exiting and ensure that nothing is left on the bus.
  5. Overnight trips will incur a cost for the driver’s accommodation.
  6. The person hiring is responsible for the cost of the cleaning, should there be soiling of any nature during the trip. A $100 fee is payable should a clean up be required.
  7. For private charters and tour packages a 5 day cancellation policy and 50% refund applies. Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour/charter results in no refund.
  8. Neat Line has the right to cancel any booking with insufficent numbers and a full refund will be given.
  9. Alcohol consumption laws in WA, under Section 119(4a) of the Liquor Act states that it is illegal to drink alcohol on the bus. This act carries a hefty fine.   Please feel free however, to drink bottled water
  10. Upon the nominated pick up time a message or phone call will be sent to the hirer. A maximum of 15 minutes waiting time initially, will be free of charge. For every 15 minute block after that a $35 fee will apply. An additional message or call will again be sent but as we often have other bookings to attend to, it is appreciated if the group can be on time.
